Eagle Brook Church is hiring: Production Manager/Audio Engineer in Centerville
Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a creative, strategic, and collaborative Production Manager to join our Production team. This person will mix live music with the support of our audio team, and prep for rehearsals and services, and lead their volunteer production team to execute all programming and events at the campus. POSITION SUMMARYLeads execution for weekend services, special events, and Student Ministries at their assigned campus. Leads and schedules all production volunteers for the campus. Responsible for implementing the brand experience for weekend services by acting as a liaison with the Music teams. Provides support to the Music team through rehearsal prep and stage management. Supports the Technology team in maintenance on all audio and video systems. Reports to Sr. Production Manager.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESDesigns a compelling live audio mix and leads execution for all weekend services, special events, and Student MinistriesResponsible for implementing brand experience for servicesRecruits, schedules, develops, and leads production volunteer teamProduces services and provides creative support to the worship experience by working with the Worship Pastor and Music DirectorOversees the technical programming of the video switcher and supports all control room operationsLeads debrief meetings with the production and music teams to make necessary changes for servicesProvides programming and technical consultation to other ministry areas at assigned campusOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree, technical school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredMinimum 4 years working in a music, live production, creative, or church environment requiredFollower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefsUnderstanding of current professional audio technology including: DiGiCo SD series consoles, Yamaha digital consoles, multi-track recording, and playbackPassionate for utilizing all types of programming, creative, and production arts that create environments and experiences that enhance worshipProven ability to lead and work with all levels of staff and volunteersPassionate for top quality production and excellence with a working knowledge of all aspects of live production which includes programming, audio, lighting, multimedia, music, and stagingJOB DETAILSLocation: Centerville, MN; campus location to be assignedStatus: exempt / salarySalary Range: $48,000-$54,000Full/Part Time: full timeRegular/Temporary: regularWorkdays: Wednesday - Sunday. Must be available Wednesday nights for Student Ministries and occasional evenings for events.
