About the Role
We are hiring motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Agents. This is a fully remote, entry-level position ideal for those who enjoy helping others and want to build a long-term career in customer support. Paid training is provided no previous experience required.
- Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Assist customers with account questions, orders, and basic troubleshooting
- Record details of customer interactions in the system accurately
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction
- Meet daily performance metrics related to service quality and productivity
- Basic Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and web navigation
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
