Digital Infrastructure Innovation Analyst
- Description:
- Analyze, validate, and support implementation of new infrastructure technologies (e.g., power, cooling, compute, interconnect).
- Serve as a liaison between Switch and external research institutions, universities, and technology developers.
- Track industry developments related to AI hardware (e.g., GB200+, Vera Rubin), liquid cooling, photonics, and advanced interconnects.
- Build analytical models and forecasts to evaluate the impact and feasibility of innovations.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations and written reports for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate across engineering, sustainability, operations, finance, and legal to align innovation efforts.
- Identify long-term risks and opportunities related to data center relevance, density, and power demand.
- Drive next-level innovation in Strategic Initiatives to support our mission-critical infrastructure.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions.

- Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, infrastructure, or a related technical domain.
- Strong analytical and research skills; able to build models, frame hypotheses, and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience working with academic or research institutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Passion for future-focused infrastructure and a high intellectual curiosity.
- Bachelor's degree required; technical or business background preferred.
- Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership to drive strategy and execution.
- Experience fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution.
