About the Opportunity
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a rewarding way to support students—without the commute? We’re seeking a licensed and enthusiastic SLP to join our virtual team, providing high-quality teletherapy services to K–12 students throughout Arizona. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a real impact on students’ communication development, academic achievement, and social growth. Our user-friendly teletherapy platform and supportive team environment enable you to deliver personalized, student-centered care with confidence.
- What You’ll Do
- Perform thorough virtual evaluations of speech and language needs
- Design and implement customized IEPs aligned with student goals and abilities
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions individually or in small groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Track and document student outcomes, adjusting approaches as needed
- Attend IEP meetings and provide professional input as part of the educational team
- What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in the state of Arizona
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based environment
- Comfortable with digital tools and delivering therapy in a virtual setting
- Excellent communication skills and a student-focused mindset
- Technology You’ll Need
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Desktop or laptop computer (please note: tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
- Completion of a brief tech screening to confirm platform compatibility
