▶︎ Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for various roles across the organization.


▶︎ Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.

  • Screen candidate profiles to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Manage candidate data and sourcing activities in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest and build relationships.

  • Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and competitor activities.

  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s values and culture to potential candidates.

  • Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines.



▶︎ Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates.

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.



▶︎ Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus.

  • Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.

  • Multilingual abilities or experience in a global recruiting environment.
