Role Description
The Partner Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting and expanding our Workday professional services business by working closely with Workday’s partner ecosystem.
Identify new sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Execute joint go-to-market strategies
Increase the registration of leads with Workday
Leverage Salesforce data to drive performance and optimize revenue opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between our sales team and Workday partner managers to identify co-sell opportunities and execute partner-aligned sales plays
Drive lead registration and partner-sourced pipeline by aligning with Workday field teams and attending joint planning sessions
Identify and nurture opportunities for new and existing Workday services offerings in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams
Analyze Salesforce data and reporting to uncover insights, track key performance indicators, and support sales strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline lead registration processes and enhance visibility into partner pipeline performance
Monitor Workday partner portals and stay current on program updates, enablement opportunities, and partner marketing campaigns
Participate in regular partner QBRs and pipeline reviews, ensuring alignment of goals and progress tracking
Support proposal development and RFP responses in coordination with sales operations and solution architects
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software services space
Experience with Workday (directly or through a partner organization) strongly preferred
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate co-selling motions
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and ability to extract and interpret sales data
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
