Senior Technical Audit Analyst (Cork, Ireland)

The Red Hat IT team seeks a Senior Technical Audit Analyst to support our internal Enterprise Business Applications audit and compliance activity. You will work alongside IT Developers, Business Partners, and Business Controls to ensure and conduct Information Technology reviews and audit compliance. The Audit Analyst will work on updating and defining IT Controls for Enterprise Applications like SalesForce Sales Cloud. The Senior Technical Audit Analyst will support and coordinate IT Technology controls with multiple geographies. The Senior Technical Audit Analyst will work with Program Managers and other Control departments to coordinate and arrange audit activities.

What will you do?

  • Developing Audit IT Controls, documents, requirements, and process maps and representing the project at required forums

  • Supporting periodic audit and compliance reviews: quarterly, monthly, and annually.

  • Working with Internal Audit and Business Controls to review, update, and define IT General Controls.

  • Present IT Audit reviews to IT Leadership.

  • Utilize automated solutions or tools to streamline audit activities.

  • Collaborate with business customers on requirements gathering and business analysis.

  • Working with multiple IT teams in support of audit activities.

  • Work with technical developers and database administrators on production issues and project activities

  • Using tools like Workato or automation solutions

  • Represent the team in meetings with stakeholders.

  • Interact with cross-functional teams to support enterprise project compliance needs.

  • Defining the scope of an actionable project, working in tandem with both Business and IT stakeholders

  • Documenting issues and supporting documentation to the Business System organization to illustrate the current state/problems, etc.

What will you bring?

  • 5+ years experience with delivering on projects as part of a cross-functional, cross-departmental team

  • Previous experience creating business cases, requirements, and process maps

  • Must be able to forge and maintain beneficial working relationships with multiple areas

  • Working with Auditors and Business Control

  • Working experience with Safe Agile Framework

  • Experience modeling/establishing the process flow of data between systems

  • Utilize DevOps tools for the automation of audit and compliance processes.

  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Degree

  • Fluent English language proficiency

  • Detailed and concise written and verbal communication and documentation skills

  • Expertise in facilitating meetings, webinars, and conference calls

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of Consulting experience

  • Sales Cloud experience

  • Utilization of Automation

  • DevOps Engineer Experience supporting compliance activities.

  • Experience with mid-scale (<$ 2 million) software development projects

  • Experience with Internal Audit, Business Controls, or IT process controls
