Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Dubai Time)
Includes a 1-hour unpaid break
Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Alliance Manager to own and expand their strategic relationship with Microsoft’s Partner and Sales ecosystem across the UK and Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar). You will serve as the primary liaison between the company and Microsoft Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Account Executives (AEs), Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs), and Marketplace teams.

Your mission: Accelerate revenue growth by executing a world-class Microsoft co-sell strategy, driving marketplace engagement, and aligning offers with Microsoft’s go-to-market (GTM) priorities.



Responsibilities:1. Microsoft Co-Sell Engagement
  • Own the co-sell motion across the UK and Middle East regions

  • Build and nurture relationships with Microsoft PDMs, AEs, and CSAs

  • Ensure Onyx offers help Microsoft sellers meet Azure quota targets

  • Organize and lead joint pipeline reviews, account mapping, and co-sell forecasting

2. Partner Center & Offer Management
  • Manage co-sell readiness for consulting services and IP-based offers

  • Publish and optimize listings in Azure Marketplace and AppSource

  • Monitor and manage deal registrations, Partner Center referrals, and ECIF/AMMP processes

  • Own Marketplace Rewards engagement and reporting

3. Campaign & GTM Alignment
  • Coordinate with internal marketing to align with Microsoft regional campaigns (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Fabric, AI in Government)

  • Represent Onyx at Microsoft-led partner events, executive briefings, and joint webinars

  • Work with technical teams to ensure delivery readiness is aligned with Microsoft’s solution plays

Requirements:
  • 3+ years managing strategic partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Partner Center, Co-Sell Program, and Azure Marketplace

  • Familiarity with ECIF, Azure Migrate & Modernize, and other Microsoft funding programs

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align partner activities with revenue goals

  • Excellent relationship-building skills across sales, technical, and marketing teams

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in Data & AI or cloud infrastructure delivery
