Job Description:
The Finance Systems Manager will report to OneOncology’s Director of Workday Finance. This role will provide both project management and hands-on support for Workday Finance and Adaptive systems. This role will lead and support system initiatives, guiding end users towards best-practice solutions.
As OneOncology continues to grow rapidly, this position will play a key role in supporting Workday Finance and Adaptive implementations during the onboarding of new medical practices, while helping to provide a scalable, best-in-class finance systems framework.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing ongoing Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning projects
Lead and manage projects including integrating new acquisitions or rolling out new modules/tools
Responding to standard and complex end-user requests and tickets, providing timely solutions aligned with best practices and business priorities
Supporting finance processes as needed
Customizing and configuring Workday Finance modules to meet business requirements
Working independently and collaboratively across teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and integration issues
Developing documentation for system enhancement and supporting user training
Lead and manage data analysis, audits, and reporting
Actively engaging as the subject matter expert in system-related projects and initiatives
Drive automation of financial and operational reporting processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
4-6 years of experience with Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning
Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
