Buckland is looking for a Trade administrator

What you’ll be doing
Assisting on compliance projects for major clients. You will provide management of Free Trade Agreement (FTA) certificate solicitation process as directed or required. The role requires professional communication with clients, suppliers and government representatives as well as administrative support for the Compliance team.

You will be responsible for…
• Ensures timely follow up with client’s contacts to obtain necessary documentation.
• Reviews FTA certificates for accuracy.
• Maintain client and vendor relationships.
• Perform as an integral part of the compliance team.
• Participate in meetings and work together as a team to complete projects.
• Utilizing client and the organization’s software to organize and manage workload.
• Follows client and the organization procedures.
• Use analytical skills in problem solving a variety of situations.
• Create reports, assist in drafting compliance processes and work instructions.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

What we need from you
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required.
• Professional and mature demeanor.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Solid analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
• Above average and accurate keyboarding skills.
• Strong team player with ability to work independently.
