Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!

You’ll be working in the R&D teamon the international projects for a company-provider of an audit, consulting and financial advisory from the USA.

Our team consists of: Technical Delivery Manager, Software Architect, Business Analyst, Developers, QA Engineers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst role;
  • Proven track record of successful projects;

-R&D experience as a great plus;

  • Ability to work with large volumes of raw information to create documentation for development;
  • Attention to details and desire to create an order in documentation;
  • Knowledge of the theory in the field of business analysis;
  • Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market;

-Excellent English;

  • Ability to speak the same language with customers, developers and designers;
  • Knowledge of SCRUM and BABOK techniques;
  • Experience in Safe, Azure DevOps/Jira/Confluence, Figma;
  • Good baseline knowledge of SDLC, API integrations;
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;
  • Self-development and constant learning in the field of business analysis;
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English, Advanced Ukrainian.

-Scrum Master experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Close cooperation with the development and Product Owners;
  • Constant communication with the stockholders for the purpose to formulate or specify the existing requirements from the stage of project kick-off to support;
  • Requirements elicitation and documentation creation (Detailed User Stories, Use Cases, nFRs, BPMN, UML charts, etc);
  • Facilitation and participation of Daily Scrum meeting with customer;
  • Active collaboration with the cross teams;

-Board management;

-Backlog maintenance;

  • Validation of mockups with the Product Owner;
  • Participation in testing scenarios creation, test cases review, user acceptance testing (UAT);

-The ability to listen to the customer;

  • Keeping product documentation up to date;
  • Preparation and conduction of Demo meetings.
