We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our highly successful sales team with the execution of retail programs, trade promotions, and data management. This is a critical operations role that ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across customer portals and internal systems—helping us win at the shelf through smarter execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry in retailer portals and trade systems (e.g., Telus), ensuring timely, accurate inputs.
  • Upload and validate customer contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements.
  • Support National Account Managerswith putting customer facing presentations together plus data and system updates to drive customer success.
  • Help maintain sales trackers, dashboards, and business performance tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to pricing, deductions, or data discrepancies.
  • Assist with trade program implementation, compliance checks, and vendor communications.
  • Leverage syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and internal systems (e.g., SAP, BEX) to support customer planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in sales operations, trade, or commercial support—preferably in CPG
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and systems like SAP, Telus, BEX
  • Experience with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, Circana/IRI)

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $58,500 – $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or commercial support

Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Outlook and SharePoint

Experience working with SAP, syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana), and customer-facing portals

Ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skill

Proven experience with entering and validating promotional or contract data in systems such as Telus

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in supporting sales teams and cross-functional partners

Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
