Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive and well-structured documentation of business requirements for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Perform strategic analysis of business models to identify improvement opportunities and value drivers.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and model business processes using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
  • Analyze functional requirements and support the development of robust business cases.
  • Identify potential risks and contribute to the formulation of mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation and refinement of key project documentation, including Business Cases, Vision Statements, Project Charters, and Security Plans.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Have at least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Possess a BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) certification is considered an advantage.
  • Have a minimum 9 years of experience in IT domain.
  • At least 7 years of expertise with BPMN and UML.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and design of conceptual data model, mockups and wireframes (with Balsamiq or similar).
  • No less than 5 years of specific expertise with requirement elicitation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Jira, Wiki and collaborative sites.
  • Good knowledge of information systems matters and large organisation administrative business processes.
  • Expertise in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile).
  • Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in English language at a C1/C2 level.
