Job Summary
The Financial Implementation Consultant plays a key role in the success of a customer’s implementation of the MatrixCare LPC Financial/Operational product. This person will deliver instructor-led training to clients implementing this fully integrated clinical and financial software product.
Job Description
Let's talk about responsibilities:
Follow and support corporate security policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to this role. Maintain customer and corporate privacy standards as outlined by HIPAA
Deliver instructor-led training on MatrixCare in a variety of classroom settings, and according to the standard training curricula
Assist in designing and developing training curricula and self-directed training products for MatrixCare products
Contact clients to determine their needs, gather pre-training information, and prepare for upcoming training sessions
Create and lead facing webinars
Communicate with MatrixCare internal resources to gain quick resolution to problems that occur during training and need immediate attention
Participate in Client Services team meetings, product demonstrations and design reviews with development teams
Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by the management team
Let's talk about qualifications and experience:
Experience teaching adults
Financial/Accounting experience
Long term care experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent documentation skills
Ability to learn quickly
Technical skills/software
Presentation skills
A minimum of 2 years of experience in software instruction
2-3 years of experience in client services
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
