Lead international recruitment efforts across the MENA region working with a local staffing partner to source and hire top talent.
2. Serve as the primary liaison between Claritev and the MENA staffing partner, ensuring alignment on hiring goals, timelines, and candidate quality.
3. Develop and oversee sourcing strategies tailored to local talent markets, executed in collaboration with the staffing partner.
4. Advise on regional hiring practices, labor market trends, and cultural nuances to ensure effective and compliant hiring.
5. Collaborate with Talent team and Legal to support hiring infrastructure in new countries (e.g., EORs, local contracts, onboarding processes).
6. Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
7. Champion Claritev's employer brand in the MENA region through campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement.
8. Travel up to 25% to attend hiring events, meet with regional partners, and support in-country expansion efforts.
9. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

As part of our global expansion, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Talent Acquisition & Expansion Lead to drive our international hiring efforts, with a strong focus on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This role will be instrumental in building scalable recruitment strategies, managing external partnerships, and supporting Claritev's entry and growth in new markets. You will play a key role in shaping how we attract and engage talent across borders, ensuring we build high-performing teams that align with our global vision.QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * 10+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting and/or recruitment management
* 5+ years of experience in international talent acquisition, with a strong track record in the MENA region.
* Experience managing external staffing or recruitment partners.
* Deep understanding of regional hiring practices, sourcing channels, and cultural dynamics.
* Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech/startup experience preferred).
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on when needed.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone
The salary range for this position is $140-150K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
