Lead Management Specialist (RF)
This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Navigate Melbournecouncil portalsto identify new project leads and potential architect partners
- Execute email outreach usingtemplates and SOPs, while craftingpersonalized responsesfor unique situations
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records inGoogle SpreadsheetsandGo High Level CRM
Client Communication
- Communicate professionally and promptly with architects, stakeholders, and council contacts
- Use strong written English to adapt messaging beyond templates when necessary
- Proactively handle follow-ups and lead nurturing
Admin & Social Media Support
- Manage and update the company’sInstagram account
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure file organization, inbox zero practices, and process compliance
Progress Reporting & Process Improvement
- Providedaily/weekly updateson outreach, responses, and new opportunities
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing workflows and tools
- Contribute to systematizing lead conversion strategies
Requirements
- Excellentwritten Englishand communication style suited to professional B2B environments
- Experience inclient service,virtual assistance, orlead management
- Familiarity withCRM platformsandGoogle Workspace
- Ability towork independently, take initiative, and manage time well
- Deepattention to detailand consistent follow-through
- Understanding ofAustralian construction industry culture
- Experience managingInstagram accountsfor a business
- Background in working witharchitects, builders, or council processes
- Knowledge of Canva or social content tools (Later, Buffer)
