Lead Generation Specialist (ZR_24978_JOB)

The Lead Research Specialist plays a key role in sourcing and qualifying potential clients to support the sales team. This position focuses on non-voice interactions and involves using various research tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of leads.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online and offline methods
- Maintain and update accurate lead data within the CRM system
- Execute direct email marketing campaigns to engage prospects
- Qualify leads based on interest, relevance, and fit for the company’s services
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new opportunities
- Design and implement client or market surveys to gather lead insights
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Monitor lead generation performance and report actionable insights
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B or B2C lead generation or a similar role
- Knowledgeable and experienced in business development
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and relevant lead generation software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Familiarity with lead generation best practices and industry standards
