Data Science Software Developer
Keyrus is looking for a Data Science Software Developer to build high-quality tools, applications, and packages in R and Python that support scientific research, analytics, and business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience in R and Python programming, especially for building applications and reusable packages.
- Proven ability in full-cycle software development:
- Application architecture
- Integration with databases
- Code modularization and reuse
- Version control (Git)
- Testing and debugging
- Deployment and scaling
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using GitHub or similar tools for source control and collaborative development.
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
- Good to have:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, particularly in support of Shiny or web-based applications.
- Applied experience in clinical development or biopharma environments.
- Knowledge of CDISC standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to pharma.
- Experience delivering validated tools in a GxP-regulated context.
