Role Description
This role involves contributing to the mission of the Shared Services team, which is to deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology, and analytics.
Serve as HR point of contact for inquiries
Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
Manage assigned caseload in the ticketing system
Dedicated to innovation, inspiring teams to meet and exceed expectations
Resolve Tier 1 cases regardless of channel using knowledge database, FAQs, and training
Escalate cases to Tier 2 and 3 as needed
Help to create and improve knowledge and resources
Enter Workday transactions requested by People Leaders, HR Community, and Associates using standard work documentation and knowledge articles
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Qualifications
1-2 years in an HR, Customer Service, or Shared Services role
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must speak Spanish and English for the LATAM region
Experience with MS Office
Requirements
Excellent Excel skills
HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Case Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
Ability to speak Portuguese
