The Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing fast-paced engineering team. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. You’ll work closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to streamline CI/CD processes, improve system reliability, and lead infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

  • Monitor and troubleshoot system reliability, performance, and security

  • Set up and manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)

  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery planning

  • Implement security best practices across environments

  • Mentor junior team members and lead DevOps initiatives

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to optimise workflows and deployment cycles

  • Work closely with the support team to help on any technical issues





Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role

  • Strong experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure)

  • Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD

  • Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems

  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go)

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)

  • Knowledge of networking, DNS, CDN, firewalls, load balancers

  • Understanding of security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments





Nice to Have


  • Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, etc.

  • Experience with serverless architectures

  • Exposure to GitOps principles and tools like Flux or ArgoCD

  • Experience in fast-paced startup or product environments
