Role Description


As a Senior Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payroll for our employees in the Latin America and Canada region. Here is a breakdown:



  • Payroll Processing: Perform end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.

  • Data Management: Collect and verify payroll data from various sources, including timekeeping systems, garnishment, and HR records. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate payroll reports for internal use and external audits. Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all payroll activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. Prepare and maintain accurate payroll documentation and records for auditing purposes.

  • Customer Service: Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, management, and internal business partners. Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Multi-region or province payroll processing preferred.

  • Preferred experience with Workday and ADP Celergo.

  • Preferred experience in Federal/State/Local or Provincial labor payroll including garnishments, bonus payments, and special payments.

  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
