- Responsibilities
- Support DX Health Services by summarizing and analyzing data from multiple health systems. ,
- Gather and present trends and insights for Health Services leadership. ,
- Analyze data from various sources using statistical models. ,
- Perform collection and analysis of data through observations, interviews, and surveys. ,
- Produce visuals to effectively communicate study findings to business leaders. ,
- Complete system audits and reporting. ,
- Create reporting and financial models. ,
- Contribute to planning detailed studies of population health issues. ,
- Evaluate effectiveness of health interventions. ,
- Participate in program planning and monitor program progress through data analysis. ,
- Develop and test hypotheses about cast member populations related to health. ,
- Provide data and consultation to internal and external parties. ,
- Establish positive relationships with cast members and stakeholders. ,
- Ensure continuous improvement on all facets of projects through innovation and meeting timelines. ,
- Support technology and systems for Cast Health Services.
- Requirements
- Strong analytical skills. ,
- Experience with systems and tools including MySQL, MS Office (especially Excel and Access), and analytical/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, EpiInfo). ,
- Foundational skills in math and statistics. ,
- Interpersonal and communication skills (both speaking and writing). ,
- Ability to partner with multiple business areas. ,
- Flexibility to work and meet deadlines. ,
