Partner Sales Business Process Analyst
- Description:
- The Partner Sales Business Process Analyst (BPA) role sits within the Partner System Operations team
- BPAs serve as partner operations experts in key subject areas
- Define optimal processes and procedures that inspire partners to drive activities that serve customers
- Opportunity to engage with various stakeholders including: partner operations, CPQ teams, partner quoting, system developers, and GTM strategists
- Support day-to-day operations of partner programs and tools, including service desk support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel or Partner Operations
- Experience in transformation of Quote to Cash or CPQ processes is a MUST.
- Experience with Salesforce, Partner Communities, or other PRM solutions is a MUST.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work/influence across organizational and subject matter boundaries
- An extreme sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate in larger cross-functional team environments.
