Lead a team of actuaries: The Actuarial Manager will be responsible for managing a team of actuaries and providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team's success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role requires working closely with other departments such as finance, operations, and sales to drive financial performance and profitability for Aetna's pharmacy business.
Develop and implement strategies: The Actuarial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve financial performance and profitability for Aetna's pharmacy business.
Conduct data analysis: The Actuarial Manager will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in Aetna's pharmacy business.
