Keller's Managed Services area has an Office Operations Training Leader opening in our Service Operations department Our Managed Services area is comprised of fleet and regulatory compliance experts who clients rely on to off-load the time consuming / complex tasks of managing driver safety and vehicle compliance. Our internal team of 400+ compliance associates perform work to ensure our clients stay up-to-date on various regulatory requirements. This leadership position will oversee a team of eight associates who are responsible for creating training content and documentation as well as delivering the training to new and current associates. This position will work onsite in our Neenah, WI office. Job Responsibilities Leads, develops and coaches team: - Provides clear expectations, feedback and recognition - Participates in the hiring/selection process - Writes and conducts performance evaluations and progress reports - Handles associate relations issues * Delivers results in line with the following key metrics/accountabilities: - Associate retention - Budget control - Productivity gains - Training effectiveness * Develops tools and resources for effective delivery of training and training development. Contributes to the design and development of content-based curricula used in online training, Instructor Led Training (ILT), and Blended Learning; including but not limited to: eLearning courses, trainer guides, associate resources, training content, classroom exercises, video scripts, and training aides. Maintains expertise in eLearning techniques and technology. Evaluates and recommends software and tools, and when necessary, provides training on tools to other associates. Facilitates task groups as a resource for obtaining feedback regarding training effectiveness and methods. Uses training data to identify trends, needs, and performance gaps against objectives and advises leadership so improvement can occur. Maintains Managed Services training course catalog; monitoring usage and impact to ensure the content reflects the most relevant materials, regulations, and best practices. Manages new hire training for all new associates and internal transfers for Managed Services. Collaborates with area management to Identify and facilitate improvement of training and processes. Manages expenses in line with departmental budgets and corporate business conditions. Carries out responsibilities in a fair, ethical, and non-discriminatory manner and ensure that staff follows these same guidelines. Enforces and supports all company policies and procedures. Follow this link and click ' See inside our Vinland Facility' Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience in training in an office environment. 2+ years of experience building and maintaining training materials Prior curriculum development and instructional design leadership preferred Prior leadership experience Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or education related field. Coursework in adult education/learning desirable. In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years of combined education and closely-related experience (in addition to experience listed above) may be considered. Other Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge of eLearning course creation and design. Understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles. Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite, with advanced MS Excel skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment.
