We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data in our systems to support various business functions. Key Responsibilities: Â Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the company database. Â Review and verify the accuracy of data entered, identifying and correcting any discrepancies. Â Provide administrative support as needed to various teams. Â Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times. Â Meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Â Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflows.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in data entry or administration is a plus. Â Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Â Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 50 WPM. Â Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Â Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred. Â Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Â Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
