Job Description:

As a Senior Production Operations Manager at Apple Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our production operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to our high-quality standards. Your insights and leadership will be essential in driving operational excellence and innovation within our production framework.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, evaluating production metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will develop strategies to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Additionally, you will guide your team through the implementation of new technologies and processes that support production goals.

Requirements: • Proven experience in production operations management, preferably in the tech or manufacturing sectors. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Capability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in using production management software and tools. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production operations or a related field is required. Prior experience leading teams in a remote setting is highly desirable.
