The position has fiscal responsibility for education organization wide. Responsible for providing orienation, clinical training and development for nursin and other clinical staff. Work in conjunction with managers, staff and members of the hospice team to evaluate and implement evidence-based trainings and In-services to meet State and federal guidelines and to promote change. Responsibilities Supports organization's mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers Develops and implements clinical information systems education Develops, implements and maintain orientation and annual competencies organization wide for staff and managers Creates and implements oreintation for clinical staff and students Serves as a resource for staff on practice issues and the online education center, Relias.
