• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, and maintenance for end-users.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various IT systems.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of issues, solutions, and IT assets using ticketing systems.
• Provide training and support to users on new technologies and best practices.

• Ensure security protocols are followed, including password policies and data protection.

Qualifications: • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AWS. • Experience with networking concepts (VPN, firewalls, routers, TCP/IP). • Proficiency in remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote environment. • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals (preferred).

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Freshdesk.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures.
• Ability to support mobile devices and applications (iOS, Android).
