Part-Time Digital & Branding Content Specialist - Wellness for Children & Teens

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Part-Time Digital & Branding Content Specialist to develop meaningful, age-appropriate content that brings our brand to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for wellness and a talent for creating engaging content that resonates with young audiences, from children to teens, and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning : Support the development of a content strategy that aligns with our brand values, wellness goals, and target audience.
  • Engaging Content Creation: Create fun, educational, and inspiring content across social media, blogs, emails, and digital platforms tailored to children, teens, and caregivers.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and monitor content on social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to build community and engagement among youth audiences.
  • Brand Storytelling: Develop age-appropriate brand messages that communicate wellness topics in a relatable, engaging, and supportive way.
  • Parent & Caregiver Resources: Create content that helps parents and caregivers support their children’s wellness journey, including newsletters, blog articles, and guides.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, ensuring content meets brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track content performance and engagement, analyze data, and adjust strategies based on insights to optimize for future content.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on youth-focused digital trends, wellness topics, and best practices to keep our content relevant and engaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on children, teens, wellness, or education
  • Ability to create fun, accessible, and supportive content for children and teens
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends relevant to youth audiences (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with an age-appropriate voice
  • Familiarity with basic digital tools, analytics, and insights for optimizing content
  • Passion for wellness and understanding of wellness challenges and opportunities for young people
