This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service, thrive in remote work environments, and have availability on weekend evenings. Responsibilities: Â Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels. Â Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management. Â Provide accurate information about NuulyÂs products, services, and policies. Â Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns. Â Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with NuulyÂs values and brand voice. Â Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Â Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services.
Qualifications: Â Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based services. Â Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Â Availability to work evenings on weekends. Â Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Â Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM tools and other software. Â A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
