Key Responsibilities
 Process financial transactions accurately while ensuring records are current and precise.
 Execute full charge bookkeeping responsibilities with a keen eye for detail.
 Conduct account reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data.
 Efficiently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
 Leverage QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial data management and essential data entry.
 Assist with administrative duties as required, supporting the teamÂs effective operations.
 Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities.
 Prepare and process invoices with careful attention to detail.
Required Skills
 Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
