 Greet customers with shipping and receiving requirements and offer assistance to help them achieve their goals.
 The FedEx website also offers resources for customers, including a shipping calculator, packing tips, and information on how to properly label your packages.
 Conduct precise transactions that involve the vending of shipping materials and correlated services.
 Implement best practices and techniques for customer service, including responding promptly to inquiries, maintaining a positive attitude, and exhibiting a strong sense of professionalism.
