Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
• Assist customers with booking, changes, and cancellations of flights
• Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Update and maintain customer records
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about Delta Airlines policies and procedures
