We're seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to help keep our databases up-to-date and running smoothly. In this role, you'll interact with team members and customers to gather and input crucial data, ensuring everything is precise and timely.

What You'll Do...

Collect and verify invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other documents from employees, departments, and clients.

Review and extract relevant information from documents.

Correct any errors and organize data for efficient and accurate entry.

Create and maintain precise spreadsheets.

Enter and update information in our databases, ensuring data is regularly backed up.

Notify relevant team members about any issues or errors you encounter.

Organize and store hard copies of data for easy retrieval.

Occasionally handle additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Proficient touch typing skills.

A focused and diligent attitude with a commitment to keeping our data up-to-date
