Position summaryWe seek applicants who are positive, professional, and able to move from one call to another while making the caller feel as if s/he is the most important caller of the day.
Qualifications
You are required to have:
 A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service related field
 An understanding of excellent customer care concepts
 Proficiency with computer skills (internet browser, email, ability to learn new software)
 Good communication skills both written and oral
 Ability to communicate professionally with customers
 Ability to handle private and confidential information
 A work ethic that demonstrates dependability
 Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks
Additional preferred qualifications:  Work experience in a call center  Good conflict resolution skills
Schedule
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
 Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
 Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
Location
This is a work from home position.
