Pay Rate -Live Chat - £11.50, In-store - £13, Events - £15

Days – 2 days a week (potential for more depending on events, location, and availability)

Hours – Chat - 5 – 8 hours / In-store – 6 hours / Event – Varies

Locations – UK Nationwide

Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a face of an imaging and print brand. As a Brand Representative and Live Chat Operator, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support and assistance through in-person and real-time chat interactions as well as building relationships in-store. Your excellent communication skills, knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and print, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering outstanding service will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities
• Engage with customers via chat to provide prompt, polite, and informative support
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive assistance
• Effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Provide reports on chats you handle to give us a better insight into customer and query trends
• Train in-store staff to a level where they feel confident in demonstrating the brand’s products and services when you are not around.

Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a Live Chat Operator or Customer Service Representative
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A genuine passion for photography, videography and/or print
• A customer-focused mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding service.
• Adaptability, patience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and big personality.
• Ability to learn quickly and a drive for self-development
• Valid Driving License with the ability to travel all over the country when required.
