What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering team members to envision, architect, plan, and deliver innovative features for SaaS offerings
• Analyze design requirements and determine project scope, effort, and timelines
• Develop new systems, tools, and services and address design issues and maintenance of existing ones
• Participate in all phases of software development and ensure product scalability and high-performance designs
• Share knowledge, mentor other engineers, and lead by example
• Minimize 'grey' areas among projects and team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
• 10+ years of experience in developing high-performance software
• 7+ years of experience in SaaS development (C/C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Expertise in relational/NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in software architecture, problem-solving, and debugging
• Experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native designs
• Strong database skills (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
• Front-end development experience (React, Angular, Bootstrap, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in Agile team collaboration
• Track record of technical influence and stakeholder management
