  • **Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot issues faced by customers in real-time, offering solutions that adhere to company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems to enhance service efficiency and contribute to team performance analysis.
