What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Serve as the main point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
• Manage information flow accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate client deliverables and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
• Format internal and external communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Basic knowledge of business software like MS Office products, Google For Business, or similar
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Must hold a 4-year college/university degree

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time, professional post-graduation experience
