Lockheed Martin is seeking an energetic and independent **Chat Support Specialist** to join our dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer service through online engagement. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple inquiries while maintaining a high standard of communication and customer care.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • **Customer Interaction:** Provide timely and informative responses to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a personalized experience and addressing concerns effectively.
  • **Issue Resolution:** Analyze customer issues and provide suitable solutions or escalate problems as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • **Knowledge Management:** Utilize and contribute to internal knowledge bases, ensuring information remains accurate and up-to-date for future reference.
  • **Documentation:** Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system to track inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales) to address customer needs and relay important information.
  • **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
  • **Project Management:** Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • **Training and Development:** Participate in any necessary training sessions to stay informed about product updates, new processes, and best practices in customer support.
    ### Requirements:• *Education:**
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
  • • *Experience:**
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat or remote environment.
  • • *Technical Skills:**
  • Proficiency in chat support tools and CRM software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • • *Personality Traits:**
  • Energetic personality, with the ability to engage customers positively and effectively.
  • Independent worker, capable of managing time and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • • *Soft Skills:**
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
