Driver Qualifcations
 No more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years
 No Careless and Reckless driving in the past 3 years
 No preventable accidents in the past 12 months

 No Felonies in the past 7 years
 Able to be away from home 2 to 3 weeks at a time
