This role is crucial in ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving, while also providing personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Respond to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally

• Build and maintain positive client relationships with personalized support

• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless experience

Requirements
• 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat
