Responsibilities
 Respond to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally

 Build and maintain positive client relationships with personalized support

 Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies

 Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience

 Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met

 Maintain proper documentation of interactions
Requirements
 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Strong problem-solving abilities

 Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting
