 Hourly pay range of $21.10 - $31.65
 Fully remote, temporary assignment from October 2024 to January 2025
 Opportunity to provide senior-level benefit support during open enrollment and special project processing

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Provide HR administration and benefits transactions in Workday and other applications
 Assist with processing dependent documentation and answering routine colleague inquiries
 Participate in support of the open enrollment process and onboarding of new hires
 Enter and document all incoming inquiries in detail using the case management system
 Collaborate with HR Service Center team to resolve complex associate issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School diploma and three (3) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role
 Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Welfare Benefits implementation
 Basic knowledge of HRIS (i.e., Workday) and understanding of transaction impacts on benefits and pay
 Strong attention to detail and customer service experience
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with good keyboarding skills and high accuracy
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Systems, or related field
 Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, and Kronos time and attendance systems
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 Experience representing HR departments to higher-level managers and various departments
