Key Responsibilities
 Develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents and school teams.
 Provide tailored virtual lessons through our digital teaching platform, addressing each studentÂs unique educational needs.
 Monitor and report on student academic and behavioral progress, delivering customized support to encourage student success.
 Engage in regular communication with families about their child's progress and educational requirements.
 Collaborate with general education teachers to promote inclusive educational practices.
 Ensure compliance with special education regulations while participating in ongoing professional development.
Required Skills
 Profound understanding of special education practices.
 Expertise in creating and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
 Strong communication abilities for effective family engagement and school collaboration.
 Proficient in leveraging digital platforms for customized lesson delivery.
 Exceptional organizational skills for accurate tracking and reporting of student progress.
Qualifications
 Bachelor's Degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline.
 Valid Ohio teaching certification with Intervention Specialist Endorsement.
 Professional liability insurance.
 Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience in telehealth or educational environments.
