Summary:
• You must have excellent detail orientation, proficiency in MS Office, GDPR knowledge, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• You will process CVs, update records, assist with admin tasks, ensure GDPR compliance, communicate with candidates and clients, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Description

Urgent

1 x 30 hour contract (10:30-16:30

1 x 17.5 hour contract (time TBC but it would be between 2-7pm)
• Accurately process CVs and update candidate records within the database.
• Support the team with administrative tasks including data entry and... filing.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR regulations.
• Communicate with candidates and clients professionally via phone and email.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline the recruitment process.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and issues promptly and effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful CV Processor Should Have
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
