Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 contact center operation.

• Provide information regarding Client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening.

• Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs.

• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs to enhance member interaction.

Requirements
• Strong communication skills and active listening abilities.

• Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
