The Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our House Attendant team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. We take pride in providing our guests with a home-away-from-home experience. To achieve this, our team members must be able to effectively communicate with guests, respond to their requests, and provide assistance as needed. This includes assisting guests with directions, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
In addition to delivering exceptional customer service, our House Attendants are responsible for replenishing supplies, disposing of trash, and maintaining a clean workspace. This requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and physical stamina to lift heavy objects and push large carts.
