What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Review data for integrity and accuracy before system inputs, acting as the primary audit point for Planned Demand quantities and allocations
• Resolve customer questions and issues promptly or refer them to the appropriate personnel
• Administer customer-required systems, including pricing, promotions, and item maintenance
• Maintain customer-specific national and regional discount files within the employer and customer-based systems
• Coordinate with internal departments on promotions and new item processes for assigned accounts

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Associate degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of customer-related experience and account management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in situations without direct supervision

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in food wholesale distribution or a related industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with data management and analysis
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
