Respond to customer queries via live chat and email, providing accurate and timely assistance.
Participate in internal team meetings to stay updated on communication strategies, product knowledge, and service protocols.
Assist in processing orders, returns, quality and service claims, including data entry and shipping label creation.
Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to support sample orders and other customer-related initiatives.
Rate:
$35 per hour. Requirements:
Access to a reliable device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) with internet connectivity.
Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail and strong follow-through on tasks.
Willingness to participate in provided training sessions, no prior experience necessary.
Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours.
